What is your returns policy? 

We offer 30 days, unfortunately if its after 30 days since purchase we will not be able to offer you a refund.

Where do i send my return to?

All returns only be sent to our storage unit: 15A Curtis storage, lancing business park, 93 marlborough road, west sussex, BN15 8TR.

 

What qualifies for a refund?

The item must be unused and in its original packaging. with a reciept of proof of purchase and an e-mail stating the item is being returned. Once we have recieved the item we will E-mail you to confirm the return and state whether it is eligible for a full refund. If granted the refund will be through your original payment method and can take a certain amount of time.

What happens if i have not recieved my refund yet?

Firstly please check your bank account and then contact your bank. It may take a bit of time for the pament to be processed. If you still have not solved this please contact: customwetrooms@outlook.com

Whats involved in shipping a returned item?

All returns must be sent to: 15A Curtis storage, lancing business park, 93 marlborough road, west sussex, BN15 8TR. You will have to pay reutn shipping costs. All returned items must be tracked and insured, to protect you when you return an item. We can not garauntee your courier will deliver your goods.
